Ingredients:

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 3/4 cup dried currents
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (to taste)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300°.

Pour all ingredients into a large bowl and stir really well. Put in oven and stir after 7 min. Cook additional 8 min.
