Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 garlic coves
  • 4 Halibut fillets
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 16oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped

Directions:

Add broth, wine and garlic in a large pan. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add halibut and cook for 5 minutes covered. Add, beans and rosemary and cook covered for additional 3 minutes or until Halibut is cooked.
