Ingredients:

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt or Tahini for Dairy Free
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 (19 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (Organic is best)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 Directions:

Put all ingredients except parsley in a blender. Process until smooth. Put in a bowl and stir in parley and serve.
