• 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 cup warm water about 110 degrees
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic - sliced or minced
  • about a handful of spinach
  • 1/3 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup of Kalamatta olives
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese - shredded


Preheat oven to 400 F.

In a mixing bowl, add warm water and yeast and stir until it’s dissolved (how much warm water should be one the yeast package). Let it set for 5 minutes. After it's set, then add in 3 cups of all-purpose flour (you can use gluten free flour if you like) and the Parmesan cheese and knead until well mixed. Grease & lightly flour a cooking stone or cookie sheet. Cook the crust for 10 minutes.

Take the crust out of the over and cover with red sauce. Then sprinkle on the dried oregano, and on top add the garlic, mushrooms, olives, crushed red pepper, and finish with layer of spinach and cheese. Put it back into the oven at 400 F. and bake for about 15-20 minutes when the cheese starts to brown. Serve and enjoy!
