Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup organic corn
  • 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 1.5 pounds lean ground beef or turkey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together in a large blowl. Put meatloaf into a baking pan and cook uncovered for 45 minutes or cooked through.
