Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup organic corn
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
  • 3/4 pounds lean ground beef or turkey

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Put meatloaf into a baking pan and cook uncovered for 45 minutes or cooked through.
