Add broth to a medium size pan and cook over medium heat until broth starts to simmer. Add onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, lemon juice, olives and cod. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until fish is almost cooked (cooking time varies according to thickness of fish). Add basil and parsley, cover and cook 1 more minute.
