Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Sliced Chicken
  • 3 Large Red Leaf or Romaine Pieces of Lettuce
  • 1 Cup Quinoa
  • 1/2 Cup Salsa
  • 2 Tblsp. Greek Cultured Coconut Milk or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1 Tomato, Diced

Directions

Mix chicken, quinoa, salsa,  dairy-free yogurt or cultured coconut milk and tomato. Place Ingredients in in pieces of lettuce and roll up.
