Ingredients:

  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla (gluten-free tortilla optional)
  • 1/8 Cup Low-fat Ricotta Cheese (dairy-free cheese optional)
  • 1 Tomato Sliced
  • 1/8 Tsp Dried Basil

Directions:

Spread Ricotta over tortilla. Top with tomato. Place in 350° oven and bake for 7 min. Add diced basil.
