INGREDIENTS:
  • Two Potatoes (or you can use other vegetables!)
  • 1-2 tbsp of olive oil
  • add your favorite seasoning after cooking (salt, pepper, onion powders, garlic powder, paprika, etc.)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat your oven to 450 F. Cut up your vegetables in the shape of fries- you can use zucchini, asparagus, potatoes, sweet potatoes, or even carrots! Toss your vegetables in olive oil (if you're having a hard time coating the vegetables in olive oil, you can place them in a plastic ziplock bag and shake to coat) and then place on a cooking sheet. Cook the fries for 20-25 minutes (depending on the vegetable you use — the harder it is the longer it takes to cook.) Season after cooking, and then enjoy!
