Ingredients:

  • 4 cups salad greens
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 small can of tuna in water
  • 2 hard boiled egg, sliced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 TBS chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, thinky sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Put salad greens, olive oil and vinegar in a bowl. Toss well. Put lettuce on a large plate. Add remaining ingredients over lettuce.
