• 8 oz. fish of your choice (we used tilapia)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • dash of crushed red pepper


Heat up your olive oil in pan on medium heat. Sseason one side of fish (salt, pepper, dried basil) and put seasoned side down in frying pan. Season the side of the fish that's facing you while the bottom part of the fish is cooking. Cook fish on both sides for about 4 minutes until no longer pink or raw anywhere. Plate and serve!
