• 2 Pints Fresh Blackberries
  • 2 Large Bananas -   Sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Blackberry Jelly. I use  a homemade recipe for jelly that uses 1/10 the sugar and is so good (hopefully, I'll post it soon)
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil - Melted
  • 1/4 Cup All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Flour - I use a combination of coconut flour and almond flour to make it gluten free
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Soda


Preheat oven to 350° Put blackberries and bananas in bottom of a 9" x 6" baking pan (or close to that size). Stir jelly into fruit. In a  bowl add oil and peanut butter and stir until blended. Add the baking soda to the flour and then add it to the oil and peanut butter mixture. Dough should be slightly crumbly. Using your hands (clean of course) crumble dough all over fruit mixture. Put in oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes (fruit should be soft and topping is browned)
