Ingredients

  • 5 peaches cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Coconut butter – melted
  • 1 cup oatmeal (I don't recommend steel cut) 
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup whole wheat flour (use almond flour for gluten-free)
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put sliced peaches in an over safe pan. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches. Add all other ingredients into a bowl and stir until well mixed. Using your hands (hopefully clean!!) crumble the mixture over the peaches. Put in oven and bake for approx. 30 min. or until peaches are soft and crumble is brown.
