• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 lb. cooked pork cut into bite sized pieces (can sub, chicken)
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 Cup Sliced Zucchini
  • 1 Tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Sour Cream - 1/4 cup (reg., oat, cashew)
  • Plain Greek Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Rice, Quinoa or Pasta 1 serving cooked according to package


Put oil in large skillet. Add onion, zucchini and mushrooms and cook for 5 min. Add mushrooms and onions into skillet. Add flour to skillet, stir slowly. Add milk, stirring until sauce begins to thicken to thicken. Add salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.and stir, and heat through. Serve over quinoa, rice or noodles if desired, and enjoy!
