Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 cups flour (I like organic)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2  teaspoon allspice
  • ⅓ cup melted coconut oil or butter
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup milk of choice (almond milk, low fat milk, etc.)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400.  Mash banana with back of fork. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Place on greased baking pan. You can make them round or half moon shaped. Cook for 20 minutes.
