• 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1/8 Cup Vegetable Broth (Organic and Low-Sodium)
  • 2 Cups Frozen Peas
  • 1/8 Cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 Tblsp. Fresh Mint, Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Chop onions and galic and put in pan with broth. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add peas and cook until softened. Put peas, onions, garlic, sunflower seeds and mint in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
