1 cup skim milk (or substitute almond, cashew, or coconut milk for dairy-free)
1/2 banana - sliced
Directions:
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan, add oats and turn heat to low.
Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring regularly. Add cinnamon, raisins, banana and almonds, stir, cover the pan and cook 2 more minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir in milk.
