Ingredients:

  • Roasted peppers
  • Roasted onions
  • Salad of your choice (recommendation = arugula)
  • 6 cooked shrimps (you can add more or less)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon

Directions:

Add heaping tbsp of roasted peppers and onions on bed of arugula, add on the shrimp. Dress the salad with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, juice of half a lemon, and salt and pepper.
