Salad with Shrimp, Peppers, Onions

Roasted peppers
Roasted onions
Salad of your choice (recommendation = arugula)
6 cooked shrimps (you can add more or less)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 lemon
Add heaping tbsp of roasted peppers and onions on bed of arugula, add on the shrimp. Dress the salad with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, juice of half a lemon, and salt and pepper.
