• 1/2 lb salmon (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 sliced scallion
  • 1/8 cup fresh dill chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • seaweed sheets


Start by cooking the salmon using your preferred method. Much of the time I use my method from Baked Salmon, baking in a 425F oven for 12-15 minutes

In a big bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add the salmon. Enjoy!
