Ingredients for Salmon
Place left over salmon from last nights' diner into tortilla (organic or gluten free, your choice).
Add 2 tbsp beans and 1/4 of a sliced red pepper (raw or cooked)
For more flavor, add plain greek yogurt, salsa and fresh cilantro.
Directions
Combine ingredients in tortilla as desired.
