Ingredients:

  • 1/3 pound cooked salmon
  • 2 - Tortilla (organic or gluten free, your choice).
  • Add 2 tbsp black beans and 1/4 of a sliced red pepper (raw or cooked)
  • For more flavor, add plain greek yogurt, salsa and fresh cilantro.

Directions:

Combine ingredients in tortilla as desired.
