Salsa Chicken Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken
  • 15 oz jar green salsa


Put in slow cooker and cook for at least 4 hours.  Can cook in a covered put over low heat for 40 minutes. 

Shred using 2 forks while chicken is hot and return to salsa.

You can use this Shredded chicken for several recipes.  Including:  Mexican Zucchini & Chicken Lasagna and White Bean Chili Verde.
