Salsa Chicken:
3 lbs Chicken
2 cups green salsa
Cook for at least 4 hours on low
Shred using 2 forks while chicken is hot and return to salsa.
You can use this Shredded chicken for several recipes. Including:
Mexican Zucchini & Chicken Lasagna and White Bean Chili Verde.
