Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes (use fresh, high quality tomatoes for the best taste)
- 1/2 cup yellow onions, diced thin
- 1 cup cucumber, diced thin
- 1/4 cup of cilantro* if you hate cilantro, just omit it, no big deal :)
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hot sauce optional
- Also optional is to add in 1 cup of chopped up mango (make sure mango is ripe!). Can be a really sweet and a fun addition
Directions:
Use a large bowl and mix all of your ingredients together. Simple! Great to dip chips into or even to put on top of tacos.
