INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Head Broccoli Rabe - chopped (approx. 8 cups)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place broccoli rabe in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain well. Put olive oil in large pan and add garlic and cook for 1-2 min or until just golden in color. Add broccoli rabe and red pepper and stir.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

Makes around 4 servings
