• 8 ounces of brown Rice noodles (usually found in Asian section of store)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil 
  • 1 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp
  • 1/2 pound snow peas, trimmed
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce (found in the Asian section of store)
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Braggs Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
  • crushed red pepper, for serving


Cook Noodles according to package. Heat oil in a large pan over high heat. Add shrimp, snow peas. scallions and garlic. Stir while cooking. Cook for about 3 minutes. Add oyster sauce, vinegar and liquid aminos. Stir. Add the noodles and stir. Serve and sprinkle with Crushed red pepper.
