• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 cups torn kale leaves
  • 2 cups torn Swiss chard leaves


Combine and stir lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Add kale and chard and let stand for about 10 minutes to tenderize. Top with pumpkinseed or nuts for extra flavor.
