• 3 Ripe Peaches
  • 1 tbs. Coconut Oil or Butter
  • Blueberry Jelly*


Cut peaches in half and remove pits. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Place peaches, flat side down, in skillet and heat until caramelized. Remove peaches from skillet and spoon a tablespoon of healthy* fruit jelly

on top of cooked peach.

*Healthy  Blueberry (or other fruit) Jelly
