• 2 slices of turkey lunch meat
  • 1/4th of a red pepper, cut up into straws
  • 1/4th of a cucumber, cut up into straws OR a pinch of shredded carrots/ carrot straws
  • A squeeze of mustard
  • A seaweed sheet


Cut up some fresh vegetables like red peppers, carrots or even cucumbers into straw size, and then cut in half. Take your large, seaweed and put your turkey, vegetables, mustard inside and wrap up!
