• 2 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 2/3 Cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 2 Tblsp. Fresh Mint
  • 2 Cups Cashew Milk
  • 1 Cup Water (adjusted according to how thick you like it)


Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Don't be freaked out by the color of it - it tastes great and is so healthy.
