- 2 Cups Sliced Strawberries (can you blueberries or blackberries too)
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tsp Pure Maple Syrup or Honey
Place strawberries in a covered pan and cook over low heat. Stir after 3 minutes and continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Add chia seeds and maple syrup. Cover and cook for 2 minutes. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until almost smooth. Put in a mason jar and allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Put on the lid and place in fridge.
Great on whole wheat bread, stirred into oatmeal and on top of Brie cheese!
