• 4 oz sushi quality raw tuna, diced**
  • 4 oz sushi quality raw salmon, diced** 
  • 1 cup sliced English cucumber
  • 1 carrot, shaved
  • 6 oz crab meat pieces (canned or fresh)
  • 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 6 cups mixed greens
  • 2 tbsp slivered pickled ginger (optional)


Put 2 cups greens on plates. Top with remaining ingredients.  

**If you can't get sushi quality fish you can also cook the fish. Once it has cooled you can add to the salad.


Ingredients For Dressing 

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root

¾ cup olive oil

⅓ cup rice vinegar

2 tbsp soy sauce or Braggs liquid aminos (gf)

2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

¼ cup water


Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
