**If you can't get sushi quality fish you can also cook the fish. Once it has cooled you can add to the salad.
Ingredients For Dressing
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
¾ cup olive oil
⅓ cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce or Braggs liquid aminos (gf)
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
¼ cup water
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
