Ingredients for Salad
4 oz sushi quality raw tuna, diced**
4 oz sushi quality raw salmon, diced**
1 cup sliced English cucumber
1 carrot, shaved
6 oz crab meat pieces (canned or fresh)
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
1 mango, peeled and diced
6 cups mixed greens
2 tbsp slivered pickled ginger (optional)
Directions
Put 2 cups greens on plates. Top with remaining ingredients.
**If you can't get sushi quality fish you can also cook the fish. Once it has cooled you can add to the salad.
Ingredients For Dressing
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
¾ cup olive oil
⅓ cup rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce or Braggs liquid aminos (gf)
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
¼ cup water
Directions
Put all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth
