Sweet Potato Cakes

Ingredients:
1/2 medium sweet potato
1/2 can (15oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 small can (4oz) diced green chiles, drained
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oil
1/2 avocado
cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oil in pan at medium high. Form sweet potato mixture into a patty. Place patty in heated pan. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side - until golden brown. Carefully place on plate and top with avocado and cilantro
