I am going to be posting 5 recipes for 5 different sauces. Each recipe will have no more than 5 ingredients and take 5 minutes to make! You can add these sauces on top of chicken, fish, pasta... these sauces will make anything taste better. With summertime almost here pull out our grills and cook up enough chicken or fish to last for a few meals and then each day top with a different sauce. This makes cooking so easy and quick so you won't be tempted to pull in for fast food.  I will be posting the other sauces soon!

Ingredients

2 Large Tomates - Diced

5 Cloves of Garlic -  Diced

1/2 Cup Fresh Basil - Diced

2 Tblsps olive oil

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

Add olive oil  and garlic to small pan cook over medium high heat. When garlic is soft and slightly browned add tomatoes (be careful the oil could splash up). Cook until tomatoes are slightly soft, about 3-5 min. Remove from heat and add basil and salt and pepper to taste. If you want the sauce a bit thinner to put over pasta cover dish as tomatoes cook. If you want it a bit thicker to put over fish or chicken uncover as the tomatoes cook.
