Ingredients:
- 2 cups grape tomatoes sliced in half
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 fresh basil (chopped) or 1 tsp dried
- 1 tbsp oil
Directions:
Put oil in a pan and add garlic. Cook for 3 minutes over medium heat. Add tomatoes and turn heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until softened. Add basil and pour over chicken.
