• 1 Small Can Solid White Tuna in Water
  • 1/2 Cup Low-fat Plain Yogurt (substitute dairy-free yogurt)
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 tsp Capers (optional)
  • 2 tblsp. chopped pickles


Open tuna fish can and drain all water. Mix together all ingredients. Can be used on top of a salad, sandwich or mixed into a pasta salad.
