• 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, cut in very small pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup cooked, turkey breast chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • *optional, diced green onions.


Add broth and potatoes to pan. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add onion, celery and pepper, cover and cook additional 5 minutes. Add turkey and dill and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Top with optional green onions
