• 3 Large Romaine or Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
  • 3 Thick Cut Turkey Slices (sub red pepper strips for vegetarian)
  • 6 Slices of Tomatoes
  • 6 Slices Cucumber
  • 1 Slice Cheese Cut into Thirds (dairy-free cheese optional)
  • Dijon Mustard


Place 1 slice turkey, 2 tomato slices, 2 cucumber slices and 1/3 slice cheese in center of each lettuce leaf. Spread Dijon mustard. Wrap lettuce around the turkey, cheese and vegetables.
