This is an amazing banana bread recipe! I made it for my husband and he said it was not just the best vegan banana bread,  it's the BEST banana bread ever.

Ingredients:

2 Large Ripe Banans

1 3/4 cup Gluten free (or reg) four

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp sugar or maple syrup or honey

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup melted coconut oil or dairy free butter

1/3 cup water

Directions:

Preheat the over to 375°. Grease an 8” x 8” baking pan. Smash bananas and then mix in all other ingredients and stir well. Pour batter into pan and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
