Vegetarian “Meat”balls

Put cauliflower into food processor until finely minced. Place in bowl. Put broccoli into processor until finely minced. Place with cauliflower in bowl. Put carrots in processor until finely minced and add to other veggies. Add cooked lentils (very soft) garlic, oats, eggs, flaxseed and mix well. You can choose to add optional ingredients. Form into small balls. Bake in an oven preheated to 400F on a baking tray – 15-20 mins
