  • 3 cups packed arugula (could use kale, too)
  • 2 tbsp cup oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cups of walnuts
  • 1 tbsp water


Add all your ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend well, until your ingredients are well mixed. Serve and enjoy!

Makes around 4-8 servings
