Ingredients 

  • 1 apple (cored and diced)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or real peanut butter)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (100% pure (optional))
  • â…› cup pecans chopped
  • ½ cup yogurt (optional)

Instructions 

  • Put diced apples and cinnamon in a pan with 1/4 Cup Water.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat until apples are just soft.
  • Drain excess liquid from pan. Add almond or peanut butter, syrup and peacns and stir.
  • Can be served over yogurt or just on their own.
