Ingredients 

Salad

  • 1 cup apples (unpeeled, diced)
  • 1 ½ tsp raisins
  • ¼ stalk celery (chopped)
  • 1 ½ tsp walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 leaf lettuce

Dressing

  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 ½ tsp rice vinegar

Instructions 

  • Toss apples, raisins, celery and walnuts. Mix dressing, and toss with salad. Serve on lettuce leaves.
