Ingredients
- 1 cup cauliflower (cut in 1" pieces)
- ¾ tsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/16 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
- â…› tsp dried marjoram (optional)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Toss the cauliflower, oil, marjoram, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Spread on a large rimmed baking sheet and roast until starting to soften and brown on the bottom - about 15-20 minutes.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower with balsamic and sprinkle with cheese. Return to the oven and roast until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
