Ingredients 

  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 1 ¾ cup flour (gluten-free or regular)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp sugar (can substitute maple syrup or honey)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • â…“ cup coconut oil (melted)
  • â…“ cup water

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°.
  • Grease a baking pan.
  • Smash bananas in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix together well.
  • Pour batter into a baking pan and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

Makes 1 loaf. 1 serving = 1/8 of loaf.
This is an amazing banana bread recipe! I made it for my husband and he said it was not just the best vegan banana bread,  it's the BEST banana bread ever.
