Ingredients
- 2 bananas (ripe)
- 1 ¾ cup flour (gluten-free or regular)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp sugar (can substitute maple syrup or honey)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- â…“ cup coconut oil (melted)
- â…“ cup water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°.
- Grease a baking pan.
- Smash bananas in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix together well.
- Pour batter into a baking pan and place in oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
Makes 1 loaf. 1 serving = 1/8 of loaf.
