Ingredients 

  • ¼ lb bok choy
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ginger (sliced thin)
  • 1 ½ tsp vegetable oil

Instructions 

  • Wash and slice the bok choy into 2-inch lengths.
    1/4 lb bok choy
  • Pour oil into a hot wok, add ginger, and let it sizzle for 15 seconds. Add bok choy into the wok. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Salt to taste.
