- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ginger (sliced thin)
- 1 ½ tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash and slice the bok choy into 2-inch lengths.1/4 lb bok choy
- Pour oil into a hot wok, add ginger, and let it sizzle for 15 seconds. Add bok choy into the wok. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Salt to taste.
