Ingredients 

  • 1 cup bone broth (canned or make your own https://faithfulworkouts.com/recipes/bone-broth/)
  • ¼ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ¼ cup shredded chicken
  • ½ tbsp olive oil

Instructions 

  • Heat the bone broth in a small pot.
  • Add quinoa and shredded chicken. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in baby spinach until wilted.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
