Ingredients
- ¼ jalapeño pepper (stem and seeds removed)
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 ½ tsp lime juice (fresh squeezed)
- â…™ cup milk (you can use cashew milk or plain yogurt for a thicker sauce)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Â
- After you remove the stem and seeds from jalapeño, wrap it in foil and put in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
- Place jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
