Ingredients 

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Thinly slice green onion. Heat the wok or pan and add oil. Beat eggs and add salt and pepper. Put green onions in the wok and stir. Cook for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and stir until cooked. Do not overcook.

Makes 2 servings.
