Ingredients
- ½ cup black beans (drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup corn (canned, drained, and rinsed)
- 1 tbsp green chilies
- 1 tbsp red peppers (diced)
- ½ clove garlic
- ¾ tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Add the olive oil to a saucepan. Sauté the garlic until browned.
- Drain and rinse the beans and corn. Add to a saucepan on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the green chiles, chili powder, and salt and stir well.
- That’s it! Put in a nice bowl and it is ready to serve! If using cilantro, finely chop and sprinkle on top. Enjoy!
