Ingredients
- ¾ cup blackberries
- â…“ banana (sliced)
- 2 tsp blackberry jelly (low or no sugar added)
- 2 tsp coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tsp nut butter (all-natural)
- 2 tbsp flour (can use a gluten free option)
- 2 tbsp baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put blackberries and bananas in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Stir jelly into fruit.
- In a bowl, add the oil and nut butter and stir until blended.
- Add the baking soda to the flour and then combine it with the oil and nut butter mixture. The dough should be slightly crumbly.
- Using your hands (clean of course), crumble dough over the fruit mixture.
- Put in oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes (fruit should be soft and topping is browned).
