The lime and ginger are invigorating and create a harmonious balance of flavors!

Ingredients 

  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 inch ginger root (peeled and minced)
  • 1 can sparkling water (no sugar added. I like La Croix brand!)

Instructions 

  • Pour the sparkling water (or even just plain club soda) into a glass with ice.
  • Squeeze lime juice in, and add the minced ginger (you can mince ginger by either cutting the root up very, very small or in a garlic press).
  • Mix together with a spoon and enjoy!
