Ingredients
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 inch ginger root (peeled and minced)
- 1 can sparkling water (no sugar added. I like La Croix brand!)
Instructions
- Pour the sparkling water (or even just plain club soda) into a glass with ice.
- Squeeze lime juice in, and add the minced ginger (you can mince ginger by either cutting the root up very, very small or in a garlic press).
- Mix together with a spoon and enjoy!
